Mia’s life looks picture-perfect from the outside: she’s a devoted housewife who spends her days cooking and cleaning. But beneath her quiet, proper image is a brilliant surgeon struggling with severe OCD. After two years of marriage to Jimmy, their relationship remains untouched. He finds her too boring, rigid, and overly “proper,” and threatens divorce unless she learns how to be more confident in the bedroom.

Desperate to save her marriage, Mia takes a check and secretly visits an exclusive club, hoping to find someone who can teach her how to break out of her shell. There, she is blindfolded, dressed in a provocative outfit, and challenged to paint on her own body—a daring exercise designed to push her beyond the boundaries of her OCD.

Meanwhile, upstairs, Mafia boss Nick has just dealt with a traitor. As he rides down in a glass elevator, he suddenly spots the blindfolded Mia on stage. Something about her immediately captures his attention. When the elevator doors close and a spotlight begins falling toward her, Nick reacts without hesitation. He smashes through the doors, rescues Mia, and takes her away.

What begins as an unexpected rescue soon turns into a dangerous and irresistible game of training, desire, obsession, and forbidden romance.
